Endorf Acupressure Mat
The second-generation acupressure mat!
What is the Endorf acupressure mat?
The Endorf acupressure mat is a modern version of the bed of nails traditionally used by
Indian fakirs. The number and distribution of the spikes have been optimised for deep-down
treatment. The intelligent assembly system means the mat is constructed like a backbone, making it pliable and flexible without coming apart. Moreover, the length can be adjusted to suit your individual needs. The material in the mat is also soft, so it moulds perfectly against the body for optimum contact.

Quick and easy to assemble
The Endorf acupressure mat has a simple assembly system which makes it pliable and flexible without coming apart. It is easy to adjust the length, and if you would like a full body treatment, several mats can be joined together. An extension kit is also available for purchase. The Endorf comprises a starting acupressure section and 10 base sections, which covers most people’s needs.
How is the mat used?
The mat is ideal for use in bed. Because the mat is supple and mouldable, the bed is an excellent place to use it. If you have a soft mattress, extra cushions or towels will probably not be necessary to ensure the optimum body contact. If you prefer a harder surface use towels or cushions, for example, to ensure the mat moulds to your body. Treatment times vary but 20-40 minutes is a normal session.
Storage
The Endorf acupressure mat has a practical handle which can also be used to hang the mat on a hook. Always store the mat with the spikes pointing down.
For long-term storage the acupressure mat can be taken apart and packed in its box.

Easy to clean
The Endorf acupressure mat is very easy to clean. Clean the acupressure mat with warm water. Washing-up liquid or soap can also be used. The shower is a good place to clean the mat.
High quality and environmentally friendly
The Endorf acupressure mat is designed with quality and the environment in mind. All production takes place in Sweden. The acupressure mat is made from PE plastic approved for use with food (polythene). This material is gentle on the environment both in terms of production and recycling, as it can be melted down into new plastic.
